They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with comfy bed and complimentary water bottles, as example and care about everyone. The decoration is modern. The location is good and perfect and with private parking...

Spotlessly clean accommodation, attentive and efficient staff on board by the manager who apologised. Very comfortable building and rooms with a tub. The central location close to a motorway. Loved comfortable area. Nice pool to relax in too.

Even in an "improved" room does not provide bathrobes and slippers. It's a little weird, considering the hotel has a pool, saunas.

Great for family vacations, just not cheap!
We had a spacious room with a double bed and two sofa beds, the kids were thrilled! The pool was a hit, even if it was closed for maintenance most of our stay, the atmosphere was still nice and relaxing.
It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but it felt acceptable for what we got.

We had a great time at the hotel, especially enjoying the relaxing indoor swimming pool and sauna after a day out. The facilities were clean and just what we needed, though the coffee offered in the room left a lot to be desired. I recommend bringing your own coffee, but overall, we can't wait to return! 😊

The hotel was super clean, and the staff were really friendly. We appreciated the comfy mattress for a good night's rest after long days. Perfect location to explore these beautiful areas!
The swimming pool's hours were a bummer for us. It closed early and the kids couldn't enjoy it.

The shower design leaves a lot to be desired, as the glass wall provides no privacy unless you activate the opaque button-definitely not ideal for families with kids around. It's somewhat isolated from central attractions, requiring about an hour to reach central London during peak times, which can be quite a hassle. The breakfast lacks variety for its price point, and the sauna is more like a warm room than a proper sauna experience.

Hotel was super clean n staff was real friendly. Cozy bar area n the vending machine was helpful. Room was spacious with a comfy bed and a unique bathroom design. Easy to get to from heathrow which was perfect for our trip. Loved how quiet the room was.
The check-in process was kinda confusing n there was no microwave for heating baby food. The breakfast felt overpriced for what you get.
